The Rotta 2013 White Blend is the perfect example of what a hundred years of ingenuity and experimentation can add to a wine. Starting at the vineyard, the grapes were hand-sorted prior to pressing to ensure only the highest quality fruit was included in the wine. Following this the juice was fermented and aged in stainless steel to allow for a precise, controlled flavor.
Seamlessly melding the base of Sauvignon Blanc with crisp Chardonnay, these two varietals merge into an eminently drinkable blend. On the nose, a cascade of fruits abounds, with pineapple, banana, apple, and lime all contributing to its delicious aroma.
