Our rosé’s red fruit, bramble-like nature, and mouthwatering textures offer an approachable taste of this untamed region. In this hot, dry climate, the risk of drought is ever-present. Luckily for our local winemaking partners, shale soils with pockets of granite hang onto moisture longer than average, helping keep the vines well-hydrated. The vine’s roots dive deep into the earth in search of water, and while there, they also discover vital minerals and nutrients, resulting in a distinctly South African flavor profile.
