Made by Portuguese winemaker José Neiva Correia, the Paxis White Blend is a dry, bright white. With refreshing fruit flavors of apple and lemon on the nose and palate, this is a pleasant, easy drinking wine. The mineral, stony finish is particularly nice. We think that this is a fantastic addition to any afternoon and especially as an aperitif. It complements fish, white meats, and some spicier dishes easily.
