The wine shows an elegant range of aromas in which the strawberry and raspberry scents are enhanced with clove and nutmeg touches and hints of tea leaves, fine leather, and graphite. On the palate, it is a deep, fresh, and refined wine, with a long finish and velvety tannins. The ten years since the wine was made has allowed it time to settle down.
