Petit Verdot takes the lead in this blend with a deep purple color, earthy base, and vibrant blackcurrant aromas. The brighter fruit notes of blackberry and raspberry with a slightly spicy quality is the Zinfandel sourced from the Mokelumne River region in Southwestern Lodi. Together these grapes make a wine that is simply divine. Blend 808 is great for parties where tastes vary and is especially good with meats that will make the fruit lift off when paired together.
