Planted at 2,500 feet, the cooler El Dorado vineyards allow the Malbec to blossom on the vine. With lower yields and rich color, the wine is tremendously deep in flavor. The winemakers decided not to press the berries, and fermentation took place inside the grapes resulting in a wine that is intense in black cherry and blackberry flavors with hints of dark flowers.
