This is a rich and elegant wine that has been blended with SĂ©millon to add depth and complexity. It was fermented and aged using stainless steel and oak to preserve freshness, but it can still benefit from the oak's added structure. It has notes of ripe citrus and tropical fruit that are accentuated by the refreshing acidity and Semillon driven silkiness.
