We gently pressed whole clusters to preserve the aromatic notes and avoid harsh phenolics. It was barrel fermented and underwent 100% malolactic fermentation which contributed to a creamy mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Rich fruit notes of guava and pineapple play off of hints of vanilla, yogurt and white flowers.
