Our winemakers wanted to elevate the natural fruit-forward nature of this wine and so they opted to use minimal intervention in their winemaking approach and instead relied upon natural techniques like skin contact during fermentation, and a very light filtration before going to bottle. This results in a blend that may have some haziness which enhances the palate and aromas of this very pretty wine.
