The Caduto dalle Nuvole is full of citrus and a refreshing minerality, but there are notes that still keep us guessing. We’ve gotten wet stone and white flowers, but there is so much more. While it is a delight on its own we especially like it with fresh seafood: roasted octopus, oysters, and grilled fish. And judges love it too! It took home 90 Points and a Gold medal from the 2019 Sommeliers Challenge.
